In addition to construction, Frey & Muller offers expert consulting services to streamline development projects. Our consulting expertise includes permit expediting, dry utility design and coordination, bond release, environmental compliance, due diligence, and maintenance of traffic (MOT) plans.

Founded in 2023 by DC resident and civil construction leader David Muller, Frey & Muller was born from a commitment to improving construction and development services in the District. With over two decades of experience in Washington, DC, David recognized the need for a firm that combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of local regulations and development challenges.
